2. Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold on our website are made to order. This means we do not hold stock — each item is produced only after your order is confirmed.

As a result, production times may vary, and some items may be personalized or custom-made.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the one shown at the time you place your order.

4. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
The information provided at checkout is accurate.
You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Once your order is placed, it enters production automatically. Therefore, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are being processed.

5. Payment

6. Production and Shipping

All items are made on demand. Production time is typically 3–7 business days, followed by shipping, which depends on the destination.

There was a production error (wrong item, size, or design).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We do not issue refunds for customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color).
