All products sold on www.nk01.shop are made to order. This means that each item is produced specifically for you after the order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size errors, color selection, or change of mind.

1. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g. wrong model, size, or print), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@nk01.shop

Please include the following:

> Your order number

> A clear description of the issue

> One or more photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, and in accordance with the policies of our production partners, we will offer a replacement or a refund when appropriate.

2. Non-eligible cases
We are unable to offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

Incorrect size, model, or color selected at checkout

Change of mind after the order is placed

Delivery delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control

Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

3. Physical returns
Because all items are printed and fulfilled by our partners, no physical returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If a return is approved, detailed instructions will be provided by email.
